Reasons for Exchanges? Be sure to inspect your merchandise upon receipt of your order. Items can be exchanged for the following reasons, as long as it still meets the criteria above.

Only email email@example.com with your Order No. if there is a defective item or you received the wrong item. Unless you have received the wrong item or received a damaged/defective item, you are responsible for the cost of shipping back the return.
