Champions in Motion Scholarships
Champions In Motion Scholarship Program

At Champions In Motion, we are committed to providing affordable youth programs that allow children to learn, grow, and succeed. We understand that unexpected financial hardships can make participation difficult for some families. When funding is available, Champions In Motion may offer a limited number of scholarships to help eligible students continue participating in our programs.
Scholarship Availability
Scholarships are awarded once per semester and are subject to available funding. Because scholarship funds are limited, applications are reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis among qualified applicants.
Please note:
--Submission of a scholarship application does not guarantee approval.
--Scholarships may be awarded as either full or partial scholarships.
--Approval for one child does not guarantee approval for siblings or other members of the same household.
--Approval decisions are based on multiple factors, including available funding, demonstrated financial need, and enrollment at the requested class location.
Payment Responsibilities
Families are responsible for paying all required registration and class fees while their scholarship application is under review.
If your class has already begun and your scholarship application has not yet been processed, you must continue making all required payments in order for your student to participate.
If your scholarship is approved after your student has already started attending classes:
--The scholarship will apply only to future eligible class fees for the remainder of the current semester.
--Champions In Motion does not reimburse registration fees or class fees that were paid before the scholarship was approved.
Application Window
Scholarship applications are accepted beginning one week prior to the first class and remain open through the third week of the semester. Applications received after the deadline will not be considered for that semester.
To avoid delays, please ensure:
--Every question on the application is completed.
--All requested supporting documentation is included.
--Applications are submitted within the application period.
Incomplete applications or applications submitted without the required documentation cannot be processed.
What the Scholarship Covers
Unless otherwise stated in your award letter, Champions In Motion scholarships apply only to weekly class tuition collected directly through Champions In Motion.
