No Refunds / Exchanges only.
Champions in Motion is not liable for theft or lost packages. Please double-check your shipping information upon checkout. Optional shipping insurance is available for an additional cost.
Orders are fulfilled in the order they are received. Fulfillment time-frames can vary depending on where the product is shipping from and its immediate availability. Items are often shipped separately from, depending on item availability, separate locations and can take 6-8 weeks to fulfill completely.
If an item is on backorder, please allow additional time for your order to be fulfilled. You will be emailed with fulfillment details, as they become available for your product.
Once fulfilled, shipments are sent via USPS and can take up to 3-5 business days, on average, to arrive at your door please note; the express shipping option DOES NOT expedite the fulfillment process! Express shipping will only affect the shipping process! Once orders are shipped by USPS Champions in Motion is no longer responsible for lost or stolen items.
What items are Exchangeable?
Items can be exchanged for the following reasons
- Items ordered within the last 30 days, in an unused and resalable condition but received in the past 7 days.
- Items that are not customized in any way. Items that have been customized, ARE NOT ELIGIBLE for returns.
- THERE IS A ZERO REFUND POLICY on all orders placed.
What items are not Exchangeable?
- Items that have been customized, adding a name to a product.
- T-Shirts, we do not stock t-shirts with prints, they are made to order.
- Orders that have been received past the 7 day exchange period.
- Uniforms that do not have the tags attached.
Valid reasons for Exchange:
- Sizing changes (cheer uniforms, Basketball uniforms, Karate Gis) T-Shirts are not eligible for an exchange.
- Received the wrong item but received in the past 7 days.
- Item is damaged or defective when received.
